1. Customer to sign buying agent agreement with Silver Holdings Group Pty Ltd.

2. Customer to provide product's specification, quantity, purchasing date, etc in writing.

3. Silver Holdings Group Pty Ltd sourcing and provide detail quotation (including images, description, prices list, etc) from 5 manufacturers within 3~5 working days.

4. Customer to decide requiring sample from which manufacturer, and direct deposit costs (usually manufacturer provide free sample and customers to pay the express) to Silver Holdings Group Pty Ltd's account.

5. Silver Holdings Group Pty Ltd to arrange international express to deliver the sample to the customer.

6. Customer make decision to purchase product from which manufacturer, and T/T fund to Silver Holdings Group Pty Ltd's account based on actual agreement.

7. Silver Holdings Group Pty Ltd place order on behalf of the customer, and arrange delivery (express, air or sea freight).
